We have created a space for your cold plunge that is transformative for your senses. Cold immersion therapy involves immersing yourself in cold water typically below 50 degrees Fahrenheit for a short duration, usually about 2-5 minutes. We invite you to select your plunge experience to speak to your unique needs. Whether you select a still, calm river flow or an intense rapid, we will coach you through the cold immersion to ensure that you feel the benefits from the moment you begin, and throughout your day.
